Sagun is equipped with the necessary infrastructure required to manufacture
insulated Copper Conductors. We have the required set of machinery’s and
technology , and an in house testing facility for the whole range of
products manufactured. In-Process quality of the products is minutely
monitored at every
stage of production. Raw materials consumed are procured
from reputed and reliable sources only. All our supplies are accompanied by
Test Reports.
Products are manufactured in accordance to the IS/IEC
specification and Customer Specification.

- Packaging
The finished products are fed to the reels specified in
the production indent. The required reels depending on the quantity for such
package is used. The reels after final testing of the product are wrapped
with corrugated paper and are bound with tape. And further wooden pieces are
taped tightly on the outer surface taking care that there is no risk of
damage to the product in transit.

- Export Packing
The reels are placed on wooden pallets
(Chemically Treated) further covered with ply sheets and edge boards and
stripped with metal strips, along with the packing list and destination on
the box . Our method of packing enables to unpack with much ease and less
time for the customers.
